Is a PS2 and a PS2 four-player multi-tap, compatible with PS1 Micro Machines?
I enjoy playing the PS1 version of Micro Machines on my PS2, but when I try to use my four-player multi-tap (so that we can use the eight-player party-mode feature), I’m not able to make it happen.
It could be that the multi-tap is broken, but I’m wondering if there is a compatibility issue (i.e. will PS1 Micro Machines only work in eight-player mode if you use it on a PS1 with a PS1 multi-tap)?
Thanks!
Yes. Since the PS2 is fully backwards compatible software AND hardware-wise, it will work with no problems. (And Micro Machines ROCKED!
